1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QR Studio (accessible at https://qr-studio-ezy.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

QR Studio is provided completely free of charge without mandatory user registration, account creation, or payment subscriptions.

2. Ownership of Generated QR Codes

You retain 100% ownership of all QR codes, graphics, SVG vectors, and PNG/JPG/WebP files generated using QR Studio.

You may freely use your generated QR codes for personal, commercial, and non-profit projects.
No attribution, watermarking, or royalties are required to use, reproduce, or print the downloaded files.
Static QR codes generated by QR Studio encode your data directly into the 2D matrix; they do not expire, never pass through intermediary URL shorteners, and function permanently.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must act responsibly. You agree that you will not use QR Studio to generate QR codes intended for:

Malicious Content: Distribution of malware, viruses, spyware, or phishing links designed to steal credentials or personal data.

Fraudulent Impersonation: Deceptive URLs or payment addresses (UPI, crypto) engineered to deceive consumers or impersonate legitimate financial institutions.

Illegal Content: Facilitating unlawful transactions, harassment, hate speech, or distribution of illicit materials.

Denial of Service: Automated scraping or volumetric attacks targeting the website infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

QR Studio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While our algorithms adhere strictly to ISO/IEC 18004 standards and Reed-Solomon error correction specifications, you are solely responsible for testing and verifying the scannability of your QR code before committing it to mass physical printing (such as billboards, packaging, or restaurant signage).

In no event shall the developers or maintainers of QR Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this service.

5. Trademark Attribution

“QR Code” is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED in Japan and other countries. The use of the word mark “QR Code” on this website is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.
